post production audio - can this be done?

I was thinking about this and was wondering if this is broadcast capable.. or not.. I have adobe premiere pro 1.5 , soundforge 7, a 24 bit audio capture card, and a sennheiser g2 series lav kit. Say I can isolate the room of ANY noise, and record a voice over track, would this be ok for broadcast? I would record in 24 bit mode in the highest frq, Is this in any way feasible?
