Alien speakings and terminator sounds at DVinfo.net

Hi to all, i don't know if someone has already asked (i searched but found nothing); i like to know if there is a way to obtain two ssound like these:

The first is the alien language from district 9 (or something similar)

The second is the terminator movement (at 0.28), it seems to me like a ship horn, with some kind of electronic filter applied to it.
