XLR to Balanaced 1/4" Wiring?

Can anybody point me in the right direction? Specifically, I'm thinking about wiring an AT boundary condenser mike that needs phantom power to the 1/4" input on the M Audio 24/96.

Thanks.

xlr pin1 to shield of 1/4" (ground)
xlr pin2 to tip of 1/4" ("hot")
xlr pin3 to ring of 1/4" ("cold")

does the M supply phantom? if not put a phantom supply between this adapter and the mic...

Wonderful, thank you!

Yes, the 24/96 provides phantom power across the balanced 1/4" input jack.
