Is a Sound Devices MixPre-10T coming soon?
Would be a 10 track recorder priced somewhere between the MixPre-6 and 633, I assume. Further competition to the Zoom F8! (as while the MixPre-6 is great, there are still many reasons why people might prefer an F8 instead)

I'm quite proud I had a world first in reporting this last night ;-) I didn't realise just how close the announcement was though :-o Because wow, is real! :-o I'm just trying to convince myself this isn't some kind of elaborate early April Fool's Day Prank! Ha. Impressive. Very surprised to see 8x Kashmir pre-amps on this device. (Although the price was a little on the higher side of my previous wild guess)
