Would this wireless handheld work with...

Hi, would this wireless handheld mic work with this receiver. If not what type of wireless handheld mic would. Any help in the right direction is most appreciated.

Haven't actually used Samson myuself but the user's manual for the system is posted on the Samson web site. A quick glance says it is the H32 transmitter that is used with this receiver so I'd guess the mic you indicated which has the HT7 transmitter is not compatible. I suppose you could try it and see if it works - the HT7 frequency range is what the 32 system calles its "midband" range - but I'd make sure B&H will let you exchange the mic for the H32 version if it doesn't work out. Given shipping costs and possible restocking fees for the return, why not bite the bullet for the extra $90 and get the H32 mic to begin with?
