EW 100 G2 settings for wedding?
Can anyone share the basic settings for these mics that you personally use for ceremony, understanding that each situation is different, any tips? I am used to using audio technicas.
Thanks Mike |

Check Gareth Watkins post in this recent thread: http://www.dvinfo.net/conf/showthread.php?t=67371 contains a link to a 3-4minute video guide on levels for the Senn device you're talking about. Also in the manual there are recommendations. Also check the Sennheiser G2 instruction manual : http://www.sennheiser.com/sennheiser...EW100G2_US.pdf |

we use the sennheiser mics and I set the input sensitivity to -12 for the mic worn by the officiant and the input on the grooms mic is set to 0. Usually the officiant will speak louder and this will cause distortion with the input set to 0. Hope this helps.

What about using a decibel meter?
Guys,
I got this digital sound pressure meter that reads the mike surroundings up to 125db. Is there a way to convert this to the +12db to -30db on the Sennheiser wireless lav system? Thanks, Paul |
