Fred, I just wasn't sure if using two pads on the same circuit chain would negatively impact on the sound quality. For example: is using one 20db pad identical to using two 10db pads in terms of sound quality? Does using more than one pad inline introduce noise into the system?
I gather from your response it doesn't... |

To my knowledge there's no difference between
using two 10s or one 20. |

On the Z1 menu, you can trim the db's for the ME66, or increase, if you wish. How does this relate to the pad issue? Jack Hubbard |
