Maudio mobilepre - 2 channels to ibook?

anyone know if I can record 2 channels of audio through an Maudio mobilepre to an ibook and keep the channels separate?

If the ibook has an audio input jack (for min 3.5 mm stereo plug) as most Macs do then you are all set. You will need to wire a cable from the pre-amp to a 3.5 mm plug or you can probably buy a stereo 3.5 mm to dual RCA cable at Radio Shack. Hook this to a couple of RCA to 1/4" adapters and you should be in business. Sound Studio, furnished as part of the OS with all Macs has everything you need to record stereo though only at 44.1 kHz sampling rate.

Or use a USB connection if your recording/editing software allows independent control of the two channels.
