Mini35 ground glass position question

I have a question that somebody might be able to answer. I was looking at the pdf manual for the 400 series mini35 the other day and noticed that the white line engravature for the focal plane is on the circular extended part where you mount lenses and not the rectangular box like it would be in a SLR 35mm still camera. Is that white line where the ground glass is? And if so that means that the mini35 is configured: 35mm Lens -> GG -> 45 degree Mirror -> Pentaprism -> Relay Lens -> Video Camera. Right?
