Any reviews on the Jag35 adapter?

Just wondering if anyone has used the new Jag35 adapter and liked or hated it? More specifically, made for the HV20,...

Philip Bloom Philip Bloom - DP, Director, Filmmaker might have had a look at one a while back.

As far as I know it is a non-flip adaptor meaning that it will lose a little less light than a flip adaptor but downside is the image presented to your camera is upside-down. The image has to be flipped in post or you have to operate your camera upside-down and use an added monitor to sight with.
