Focus Handles

Ok We have an XL2 and mini35 with a Tamron 28-75 zoom... we love the lens and just can't get a folow focus at this time. So I am asking about Focus Hanldes. Now a while back with medium format cameras they made Focus Handles for the lens. These Handles look like a small plastic strap wrenchs. I can't find any for this lens and just thought I might get some ideas about smooth zooms and focus. Thanks

For a zoom?

Does it have One control for focus and one for zoom?

No. A FF is just for focus. Traditional zoom CTRL is done via motors (to enable smooth zoom)

Biggest lens is the 20X from XL2. Anything smaller will take the gear. Why?
Do you have one of these in mind?:

i've got some sigma WA's that i'd like to gear... so if you can give me the max diameter in mm or inch, you may have a customer for gears and possibly a FF unit.
