LesBosher adapter question

In the open discussion forum Tony mentioned using the LesBosher adapter to adapt Nikkor lenses to the XL1s.I am interested in opinions from any other users of this adapter. Also , what about back focus? Is there some adjustment on the adapter itself?

There is no back-focus adjustment on the actual adapter, but there is no need for one - and I've found that pro Nikon lenses are generally knife-sharp on the XL range of camcorders. All Nikkors, AF & MF, are of course manual focus on the XL1/2/H1, with full manual iris control, and auto exposure adjustment is maintained by the XL body.
