Help me Quyen Le! at DVinfo.net

I've sent a couple emails, but no reponse. My LetusXL has stopped vibrating. I've tried new batteries and have inspected the unit but can't find anything visual to indicate a problem. I don't want to disassemble it for fear of possibly damaging something. Any possibility of me sending it back for a checkup and possibly a cleaning?
