Anyone shot Progressive with Still Shot mode?

This has been talked about before, but just wondering if anyone has anything online (url, website) in Still Shot Mode - it does tend to look a lot like 24 progressive frames.

On my Sony VX2000 "still" mode as well as "progressive scan" mode looks like 15p, which has too much judder for me.

But I did recently find an in-camera setting under the digital effects menu called "Flash". And when I set "Flash" to its lowest setting, it actually looks a lot like true 30p. I guess I could just deinterlace in post but it was interesting to me that I might be able to do it in camera.

Anyone else try or notice this?

I think I have that on my HC1 as well. I will give it a try. Good call. IT does look nice I have to say - a lot like the DVX100 that I have seen. I haven't deinterlaced it though...
