I am using 70x70mm with 3mm sidewalls. Camera side arm will be around 3.5m long. I have made parts of 1m in length so it can be break down.

Hey Anthony, I have the 12' 250 and it's made of aluminum. It's off on a gig right now, but I believe its 2" high and 1" wide. As for the wall thickness I can't say until it comes home. The top bar that moves the head is roughly 3/4" high and about 1/8" thick, and is also made of aluminum.

if you need anymore info, just ask.
