Exactly why B&H has chosen to hide their instructional videos so carefully, I know not. But I stumbled upon an archive of one of their classes and found it extremely well done.

Casey Krugman starts off as how to determine what kind of work you want to do with the camera and then the strengths and weaknesses of camera technologies and codecs. I did find some instances where he misspoke or was incorrect but I am definately in his 'camp' as far as choosing the right camera for the job.
