Hopefully this isn't in the wrong place. As the title says, I'm looking for high-quality, royalty-free audio and video loops for video production. But wait...before you suggest Googling it, I've already done that, and everything I've checked so far you have to pay for. Being an amateur, and recent college-grad, I'm trying to avoid as many costs as possible. =) So does anyone know of any free-of-charge royalty-free loops (that are good quality)? I am not looking for warez.

Also, ideal good quality would be:
Audio: 44kHz, 16 bit, 128kbps+ (MP3 or WAV)
Video: 720x480, DV compression

If not free, do you know of any cheap sites (less than $30/CD)?

Try ebay. There's a couple of small time companies that sell their stuff online. You can see some samples. Okay work, not great, but not expensive either.
