Hey Guys,

I've got a used JVC HR-DVS2 Mini DV/S-VHS VCR deck that I need to move to make some cash for a new camera.

We've had it for a year or so and everything works fine. This is our second DV Deck so we're priortizing. It does have remote control, fire wire, RCA, S video capabilities.

You can record straight to DV, straight to VHS or directly from one to the other.

Here's what the marketing department at JVC wrote about the deck:
"The HR-DVS2U is a unique all-in-one video solution combining miniDV and Super Hi-Fi Stereo in one VCR. Enjoy high quality and creative convenience with this double-deck featuring easy playback of miniDV, automatic editing from miniDV to Super VHS/VHS, and extensive connectivity with Non-Linear Editing systems."

How about that "...creative convenience" piece, huh? No that's copy.

I'd like to get $600 for the deck. Let me know if you're interested.

My email is info@cmweston.com

Thanks!
Cary Weston

Hi Doug,

The camera comes with lens and viewfinder. Both of these are upgrades from the type of kits that are sold at B&H or other dealers. They are:

An upgraded Canon Lens: YH18 6.7 IF which has a MSRP of $3850.00 and is definitely a nicer lens than the 16 that comes in the kit. The viewfinder is a AJ-VF10P and sells at B&H for $1273.50 and is the Professional series viewfinder used in the high-end Panasonic Pro cameras. All this stuff was purchased new at the same time and has very few hours. (20 heads, 30 total camera-on time). The camera has an Anton Bauer gold mount with the record activated switch for onboard lights but the batteries we use are for all our cameras and didn't come with the DVC200.

Hope this helps, please feel free to ask any other questions or call at 404-395-0292.

Thanks,

1) Canon DM-50 shotgun mic, like new, used for about an hour. Includes foam windshields, box, instructions. Perfect condition. BH charges $129.

2) Canon VL-3 Video Light, again brand new, used for an hour, box, instructions, etc. BH charges $39

I would like $100 for both, which is $70 off. I can send pix if needed. You can see my perfect sellers rating on eBay:

I am selling a Glidecam 3000 Pro with armbrace. This unit supports cameras from 4 to 10 pounds. The armbrace that is included will also work with the current Glidecam 2000 or 4000. I am asking for $225. I will pay for shipping. I will accept payment through PayPal. I can e-mail photos if anyone is interested.

Thanks,

Chris

I've read in the review here (http://www.dvinfo.net/canon/articles/article15.php) that the 3000 only supports up to 6 pounds (according to the manufacturer). Where did you get those numbers? Do they come from the manual?

In any event, I might be interested. Sending you an Email.

Chris Harvey

The review at this site listed below indicates that it will support cameras up to 10 lbs.

http://www.glidecam.com/vidreview.html

Here is the quotation from that manual that was e-mailed to me from Glidecam.

"The Glidecam 3000 Pro’s Camera Support Unit has been newly designed to make it easier and simpler to balance and stabilize any camcorder or camera system weighing from 4 to 10 pounds. "

It worked with my vx2000 with a 960 battery and WD-58 lens. It is heavy and I wouldn't want to try it with any camera much bigger than a vx2000/pd150.

Hi everyone, last year I purchased a Sony DCR-TRV70 camcorder and an extended Circuit City warranty. I've only used it twice. I'd like to sell it. Here's what comes with it plus all the extras.

Sony DCR-TRV70 (everything like it's brand new)
Ambico Charger (extra accessory)
Auto sensing light that pops into the hotshoe.
Camcorder carrying case
Extended Circuit City Warranty

I'd like to get $750.00 shipping included to CONUS. Payment via USPS Money Order or verified Paypal (add 3%).

Email me if you're interested.

Oh yeah If it sells for this price I'll throw in a whole bunch of sealed MiniDV tapes for free.

Hi Jim,

If it turns out no one on the board wants the XL1s and I end up ebaying it I'd sell it by itself. I'd rather sell it all as one to anyone on DVinfo since it really makes the XL1s much more versatile for the audio part and it seems like a lot of the folks here are into the whole concept of creating with the XL1.

So... if no one wants the camera in a day or to I'll email you.

Richard

Jim,

Just noticed your from West Shokan. I lived in Woodstock in the 70s, I built and was one of the cheif engineers at Bearsville studios over there. Worked for Albert Grossman, The band and all those musical types. It sure is some beautiful countryside over there. I miss it this time of year. I just found out my cousin from Round Rock, TX moved to Hunter, NY so now I have an excuse to go back and visit.

Hi Nazz,

Thanks for the offer. I'm pretty firm on the $2400.00 I think it's a pretty fair price for a like new condition XL1s and XLR adapter.

Thanks,

Richard
