Not having any luck with contacting cineform. No one answers phone or returns emails.

I ordered neoscene yesterday and still haven't received a serial number to activate it. I needed to finish this project yesterday.

Any help from cineform on this forum?

try filling a trouble ticket - it is the fastest way for support:

It is a great system for tracking all inquires. If we a miss an email, or forget to return a voice, their is nothing to remind us, yet we always know if there is a ticket not answered. It helps a small company (less than 10 people) deal with tens of thousands of customers in a somewhat manageable manner.

alright...did a support ticket and all i got back was an email to download the trial version. This is making me very frustrated.

I guess they misunderstood understood your question. Please follow up on that ticket. I have heard there was work being done in the email system yesterday, trying to deal with misplaced serial number emails -- likely would happened in your case -- it will be solved.
