I'm have DVC PRO HD footage (720p60) that needs to be converted to 23.98. Every time I try using the DVC PRO HD FOOTAGE Converter in Final Cut, I get this error message

What is the meaning of this?
What are some alternative ways I can convert this?

What is the source of the footage? How did you bring it into your project?

DVC PRO HD Tapes captured at 60 fps.

Captured how? Firewire? SDI?
