I read the post below that annouces more battery options for the NanoFlash. However, I have had two double cell packs fail on me. The second one, whcih was a replacement for the first, failed tis past Tuesday at a critical time. What is the story on the quality of the batteries and has anyone else had problems.
\Thanks Roman

We just bought a 4 cell pack that we use in our u/w housing. It's been incredible so far - running the nano over 6 hours per charge and have been using it for a week straight with no problems.

Hello Roman;
I have 3 double cell packs from a year ago and so far no problem at all... each of them run for 3h +
When NF show below 7 - 6.9 on the charge level I replace and charge.
You are just unlucky I would guess.
Cheers

Dear Roman,

We have seen some problems with the two-cell Lithium-Ion batteries.

It the battery is not supported, such as if it is hung by the cable, or held by the cable, then the cable, where it connects to the battery, can come loose.

We stand by our batteries and will replace them.

We do recommend properly supporting the batteries.

How do I make the replacement happen?
