After having upgraded to CS 5.5 I noticed that the cartoon effect that used to be in after effects is no longer there, or at least I cannot find it. Does anyone know how to create it from scratch? Thanks folks.

It's located under; Effect, Stylize, Cartoon. It doesn't show up if you don't have some media to work with.
