Here in Australia it is AU $430.00 plus GST of 10% so all up AU $473.00. Just waiting on mine to come back. No delivery cost because I dropped off the camera and will pick it up.

US $ cost I believe is US $400.00.

$436 including tax at the Burbank, Ca, Sony location.

Called them up, its $400 here in Canada, I'll send my camera in at near the end of the month.

I payed for shipping to NJ.

Cost was $400.00 including shipping w/insurance back from the Sony repair center.

I shipped it out on a Thursday had it back the next Tuesday. Sony emailed me for CC info on Monday, I faxed it back and had the 700 back the following day.

Excellent service IMHO.

Just make sure to back up your PPs it comes back with factory settings and a new 7th PP.

Can I drop off and pick up the camera myself to avoid shipping and insurance I live in NYC? who do I contact to schedule an upgrade email Sony?

Mine was AUD$444.00 inc. tax (around US$380.00) including return courier. It was a week-long process from when I sent it to when I got it back.
