Im sitting here adding a grad blue effect to a 1min HD clip and premiere says it will take 2hours?

SATA 150 WD Raptor 150GB
SATA WD 320GB
ATI x1800 PCI Express card
I'm due to upgrade memory to 2GB/4GB and a raid array of 4 drives but can that ETA be correct for 1 min clip of 1080i footage?
