Just tried to upgrade to Aspect HD 5.0,
paid the update, got the software, but no upgrading serialnumber...

About 2 hours have passed, also checked my spam, but no answer...

I replied the initial email with a rightclick to support@cineform.com.

Should I try again or just wait?

Spparently your didn't include your old serial number which is needed for the automatic processing. Suppport will get back to you soon.

I did however send the serial number; actually two times already.
