Most of the middle to higher end prosumers cameras do. My Sony VX2100 and my Sony A1U both have time laspe, interval recording it is called. You can look up the specs of just about any camera for sale and just look for the words "interval recording", that should get you a lot of info.

So the XL-A1 and HVX-200 would have it, probably?

A quick trip to bhphotovideo.com may yield the specs and that feature of those cameras. I am about to leave work, will have to check at home.

Nope, they don't have it, to my big disappointment...

Sony A1U in photo mode can record stills onto the memory cards in 1,5, or 10 minute intervals.

The HVX-200 does have interval recording, and it records to single frames, as opposed to a burst of frames.
You can specify the interval, too. I've done several shots at one frame every two seconds. In fact, it was recently used to produce several shots for a commercial we put together just recently.
I'll post it when it gets final client approval.
