error converting .m2ts using TMPGenc

Hi all,

I've got a problem with my new pc. I've installed TMPGenc (latest version) and installed Powerdvd (latest), but when I try to import a .m2ts from my Sony SR1, I get a green video and when I convert it to a avi it stays green.

When I import an avchd (m2ts) on my old pc, it directy shows a screenshot of my videofile and not a green video.

I thought is was a decoder problem, but I have powerdvd and nero installed and also tried elecard, with reinstall tmpgenc, but no effect.

Who can help me? spend my whole saturday but can't figure it out. How can I change which decoder tmpgenc uses to decode .m2ts? I still think that's the problem?

Thanks!
Mark
