Media Composer- hard drive space? at DVinfo.net

I've searched and I can't find any info about how much hard drive space is required to install Avid Media Composer on a Mac. Can anyone fill me in here?

Looking at the Avid download site it's a 1.06GB zipped folder.
Unless you have a miniscule hard drive you should have plenty of room.
