				Editing the waves

I'm using the trial version of MC and I really like it. But I've run across an odd audio problem. I can't get the audio waves to show on the timeline, even with "sample plot" clicked in audio data. The waves only show when I set an In and Out. Then, when I put down keyframes to manually adjust the waves, I'm not able to do anything other than move the whole level bar and keyframes up and down; the keyframes don't work independantly. However, if I switch off the waves - by eliminating an in and out - I can set keyframes and adjust the audio. |

I solved the problem with the help of this vid: No Visible Waveform or Audio Level Plot - Avid Video Community Which I found amoungst the over two hundred tutorials posted by drbgaijin on the avid forum (links to over two hundred vids are posted in a thread on this forum; should probably be a sticky). |
