Avid releases Studio Toolkit w/ Blu-ray authoring!

Does it support BD-Java interactice layer. I doubt it does, it probably only supports BDMV for basic menus and controls for now.
It's good to see some HD authoring tools hit though and in a few years the authoring environments for BD-Java or HDi (HD DVD) will be somewhat mature and we'll be able to do wonderful things. |

Avid DVD BD does not support the added interactivity layer. What you can do is basically author the same as you can today on a standard DVD, only with 16:9 menus' and HD footage.
It's still a big step in the right direction. Gary
