Inherent Vice

Saw Paul Thomas Andersons (Boogie Nights) latest film, Inherent Vice. The look of the film is great, definitely has a 1970s look to the film, unlike any other film I've seen. Acting & script also seemed very 70s. Overall tho, it was a little tough to follow & didn't keep my interest. I like his films, but it definitely had that slow unraveling of a storyline. Read on imbd its actually a book by someone else, but I felt it could've been a bit quicker for the movie. Fell asleep the first time watching it latenight, got further bbut only made it 1:10 into a 2:28 movie & knew it just wasn't gonna be for me. Didn't hate it, maybe I'll try again another time.
