Blu ray rendering problems...help!

I've got HDV 24f video from my XL H1a and XH A1. When I try to use the default MainConcept MPEG2 Blu-ray 1440x1080-24p 25Mbps to render it produces a video that has about the first 15 seconds that look great then it goes mostly black with some major pixilated large blocks popping up every once in a while. When I change the rendering quality from Best to Good it renders fine. I can also render out to using a number of DVD settings fine.

I've tried changing the VBV buffer size to the maximum also and that doesn't help. Anyone else experiencing this or does anyone have any ideas why this is happening or how I can fix it so I can render using "Best" for video quality.

Thanks,
Garrett
