AGC mis-speak, or ... ?
I got really excited when I listened to the createasphere's webcast on audio for DSLR's & heard a blip about the 7D & AGC. Then I went out & searched all over to see there aren't any AGC updates for the 7D.
I e-mailed createasphere & got a response saying that Tim misspoke in the webcast, but should we take it as a sign that a fix is done & maybe to be released soon? You can listen to this at about 17min 45sec On Demand: Life Without Timecode (Audio for HDSLR) (Pretty much Tim chimes in to the presentation & says that with a firmware update to the 5D they enabled a AGC disable & the 7 was released that way.)

Maybe he meant the 1D mIV? Did he slip on the next firmware? Is it "there", but the enabled is disabled? Or maybe it is just bollocks.
