I don't have an unboxing video because the camera was already out at the store. Bought it in Philipsburg Montana on Sunday at Neil Photo. Great Price. Someone is buying my 7D. So far I love the manual audio, LCD, SD cards and locking Mode Dial. Very Happy.

Has the camera had an overheating test yet? I read somewhere that one was off and on for three hours and had no sign of a warning icon. Just wanted to confirm, as I am seriously interested in this camera. :) (Not that I won't buy it if there is a problem, I'm just curious. Still have to save up my pennies...)

No overheating for me yet but not long record times. I shot in 100 degree heat in San Luis Obispo 2 weeks ago with my 7D with no problems.

I have two, and both didn't overheat. Multiple max clips throughout the day, and not a hiccup. It was in the mid 60s, though

Shot a 45 minute interview today with a 60D and a T2i. The 60D didn't overheat at all, but the T2i did several times. A little warm in the room, but not hot. Used LED lights to keep things as cool as possible.
