Marshall V-LCD70P-HDMI - Which battery config?

It seems that there are many options available for this (B&H lists 8!). Which one is recommended?

The one you have batteries for!

I use IDX batteries.

What if I don't have any battery system yet? Which is the best bang for the buck?

I'm planning to get a Redrock rig, so maybe I should get the V-mount? The Redrock powerpod is a V-mount.
