I have a trip planned next month to the Far East (Shanghai)and am interested in finding a local person to meet up with and shoot together. I won't have much to pay them so i'll be looking for someone with a modest set up/skills and am wondering what cameras will cut together in FCP. Obviously if i can find a fellow 5D owner that would be perfect, but failing that, which systems would be compatible with my 5D?

Obviously i'm hoping the 25 fps firmware update will have arrived by then. I was told by a Canon rep at a recent trade show the update would arrive in late January, but who knows.
