Canon 5D showing Upper field in FCP?

Have a question in regards to the Canon 5D fields. I'm in Pal land and shooting with the latest 5D with firmware version 2.0.7. When I import footage shot at 25p into FCP the Field Dominance is showing Upper Field?

I'm assuming this is embedded in the metadata and some how FCP can't view correct fields or rather none.

I know this has always been a problem with FCP especial bringing in files from AE or Motion with the animation codec.
