Going from Ver 1.1.0 to 2.0.4 and up. Need help

Hmmm... I'm trying to go from firmware 1.1 to 2.04 at least. Do I need the intermediate updates, and I'm surprised that Canon only has the most recent version of the update on their site. So, A) can I go from 1.1.0 to 2.0.4? and B) does anyone have a copy of 2.0.4 or know where I can find it.

Thanks in Advance.

In case there's any confusion for those reading, Version 2.0.8 is the current version.
