DV IN Problem

Hi,

Just got a new GL2 today, and I am having trouble getting a DV in picture from firewire. I have set the camera up so on my LCD screen I see DV in, hit Record pause, but no Image from my computer comes on the screen. Any thoughts, or missed steps?

I am using Pinnacle DV500 with an AMD barton 2500, and adobe premiere 6.5 on Window 2k.

I have an XL1s but the DV I/O is broken on it, and the premiere settingss work fine with my DV 500.

any help would be great,

Michael

Try putting the camera in vcr and stop. I'm not sure if pause is the same thing.

Record pause should see DV-in. Be sure your computer NLE is set for DV out. And see Page 99 of the GL2 manual.
