Hot pixel? or dirt?

i noticed on my film i have this small square always in the same spot.

but when i zoom it disapears, and some times its not even there.

could this just be dirt under my wide angle? (cleaned today) or cold this be a sign of a hot pixel

This doesn't sound like a hot pixel (which should be always there (although
won't be as visible depending on the colors of the surrounding pixels) and
not move at all). Sounds like dirt etc. to me.
