Interval Recording Not Working

I want to record a time lapse for a film I am making, but it doesn't seem to work. I have it set for .5 sec every 30 seconds in Manual Mode (using frame mode), but it never starts recording. I have the auto power down shut off, so I don't know why it isn't working.

Any suggestions?
