HG20 Recording problem at DVinfo.net

Hey everyone, a friend recently got a HG20 and the issue we are having with it is that at first it would only record for 27 seconds and then stop. I played around in the menu and made sure everything looked good as could be.Later that night I re-initialized the HDD, after which it would record for just over a minute until stopping. I own an HV20 myself so Im not a total noob but so help me I'm at my wits end with this thing. Hopefully I am not missing anything ridiculously obvious on this thing but Im stumped and starting to wonder if we may have just gotten a lemon. Has anyone else encountered this sort of problem with the HG20?? Any thoughts would be much appreciated!!!! Thanks, and Merry Christmas everyone!!!
