HF S100: can you close the LCD whilst recording?
... to save battery?
I use these as locked off wide angle shots and close the LCD door on the HV20 and similar to save battery after rolling. As this doesn't have a viewfinder will it stop recording or switch off with the LCD closed? thanks. |

I've just tried it in record mode with the door closed - and it kept on recording...

You also can flip it around backwards and close the door.
