Can hv 10 play out hdv as 4:3 dv? at DVinfo.net

Shot hdv, capturing as dv for sd work. Right now, I get letterboxed when coming in to fcp, can't seem to figure out if there is a way to get the cam to crop the sides and give me a full screen 4:3 image.
