Cover for rear EVF on XF300 series?

Sorry to dig up an old thread but are these still available or can Canon Australia supply them?

Shipping used to be included. Looks like Shapeways charges shipping extra now.

sorry for bumping this old thread, but has anyone seen a cap for the back of the removed EVF to use when you are storing it in your bag and employing Martin's own cap on the xf300?
