Organizing your captured footage (PC)
For those of you who don't know about this, a program called Picasa (by Google) is available for free download. Not only will it organize just about any multimedia file on your computer but it will also create thumbnails from m2t files and play them without having to go to another application.
It's an absolutely amazing program and the ways in which you categorize your footage are endless through user-inputted metadata. Check it out: http://picasa.google.com/download/ If you are disorganized, it will change your life :)

Hi Steven,
Big fan of your 'pushing the A1 envelope' contributions... How did you get Picasa to recognize, scan for and play back m2t files? I tried adding a file manually to the library but it didn't seem to work either. Cheers! |
