Best Lighting Kit? at DVinfo.net

I just bought the Canon XH A1 and now I'm looking for a decent light kit.
I have done my share of using Home Depot type work lights and now would like to have a decent set up.

Can anyone suggest what would be a good light kit (on a budget... say $1000 or less)

I shoot mainly film-type shorts and interviews. I also have to do some green screen,so I suppose I'll need two extra lights to light the screen.

Thanks for any suggestions.
