Anyone use an extender?

Has anyone used an extender for their A1? I'm looking at a couple different lenses and was hoping to hear other people's experiences.

I'm interested in the same thing so .. roll on the replies

While I'm posting .. the extender screws on to the 72mm thread on the front of the A1 lens right? - does that mean that both zoom and autofocus still operate correctly?

Check out our 1.6x. This is the sharpest tele you can buy for your camera. It attaches to the camera via a bayonet mount in place of the factor shade. In addition, you can put a filter on it, use a shade, and wont harm the front threads like the weight of a screw-on piece will.
