HD to SD in camera at DVinfo.net

I've shot in 30f HD and want to capture whole tapes to an SD deck.
Do I use composite or is there a menu item that will send HD out from firewire to my SD deck?

If you look in the manual you'll see where to go in the menu to allow the camera to downconvert and send the SD signal over firewire to your deck.

Thank you found it. Not something I expected as client has asked to have SD dubs made, and I wasn't too keen about using BNC. Ta.
