Headphone volume
Could someone tell me if there is a headphone volume control on this camera and if so where is it? I find it quite low, the recorded sound is fine.

It is the menu scroll button on the lower left on the back of the camera. push up or down to change the level.

You're right - it's not mentioned in the manual but if you look VERY carefully on page 10 it shows you in the diagram (or on the back of the camera):
